Rx 4 Wholeness Training Program
As of 8/23/2024
Some Courses are Still in Development
Training Program Overview:
The Rx 4 Wholeness program is designed to help individuals better manage their mental and emotional health challenges. It includes comprehensive training content, a facilitator training program, a mentorship training program, and an online community where participants can practice and implement what they've learned.
The program currently offers two main paths: one for caregivers and another for individuals struggling with mental and emotional health. Many of the courses are the same for both paths but there are a few specific to caregivers or the individual who is struggling. We plan to add a path for advocates who work towards mental health reform in the future. Each path is a carefully structured collection of subjects tailored to the needs of its specific audience. Upon completion, these courses equip participants with the tools they need to thrive.
Students will also have the option to be paired with a mentor to help them integrate the training into their lives. These mentors, who are certified by the Mentor and Leadership Development Director, will provide guidance and support throughout the course.
Courses can be taken independently by the student at their pace. In the future they also will be taught by certified facilitators. Facilitators will be certified by the Director of the Facilitator Program after completing the facilitator course.

Course Structure:
A course focuses on a single topic or subject matter and represents the most specific level of training offered. Each course typically includes an introduction, which may feature an exercise. Introductions are usually free, allowing students to explore the material before committing to purchase. Courses may include various components, such as videos, workbooks (exercises), manuscripts (written course content), knowledge checks, and end-of-course surveys. Courses are categorized by topics like depression or anxiety to help students find what they need. Examples of courses include Communication, Forgiveness, and Identity.
Training Content:
Our training content may be available in three formats: video, audio, and an electronic transcript version. The electronic version is compatible with eLearning platforms and includes note-taking capabilities.
Knowledge Check:
At the end of many courses, a knowledge check is usually included to assess the student's retention of the material. This helps both the student, and our team evaluate the effectiveness of the teaching methods.
Survey:
Each course concludes with a survey that must be completed before moving on to the next course. This feedback helps us improve the program and better serve our students.
Introduction:
The introduction is a brief lesson designed to spark interest in the topic. It serves as a preview and may include exercises and videos to encourage students to dive deeper into the subject.
Video Course:
A video course is a recorded lesson that may come with a workbook to enhance understanding and retention of the material.
Audio Course:
An audio-only course may also include a workbook to complement the material and aid in learning.
Manuscript:
The manuscript is the written version of the course content and may be accompanied by a workbook.
Workbook:
The workbook contains additional exercises and written material that complement the course content, helping students apply what they've learned.
