The Platform may be provided or be accessible via multiple websites or applications whether owned and/or operated by us or by third parties, including, without limitation, the website Rx4wholeness.org and its related apps
By accessing or using the Platform, you are entering into this Agreement. You should read this Agreement carefully before starting to use the Platform. If you do not agree to be bound to any term of this Agreement, you must not access the Platform.
When the terms "we", "us", "our" or similar are used in this Agreement, they refer to any company that owns and operates the Platform (the "Company").

Certain trademarks are the service marks and trademarks of His Will Homes. All page headers, custom graphics, and button icons are service marks, trademarks, logos, and/or trade dress of His Will Homes. All other trademarks, service marks, trade dress, product names, company names or logos, whether registered or not, on the Website are the property of their respective owners. In addition to complying with all applicable laws, you agree that you will not use any such trademarks, service marks, trade dress, or other logos from these Website without the prior written authorization of His Will Homes or their respective owners.

The Member Area includes community areas, such as forums and member areas, where Members may post messages, images, and other content (“User Submissions”). If you are a Member, you (or the author) owns the copyright in the messages, images, and other content you post in the Member Area, but by posting such content within User Submissions to the Member Area you grant His Will Homes and our affiliates the right to use, copy, display, perform, distribute, translate, edit, and create derivative works of your User Submissions, subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
His Will Homes grants requested reprint permissions subject to your agreement to these conditions.

4. Membership
Membership Eligibility
The public areas of Rx 4 Wholeness (i.e. those areas accessible without signing in to the site) are accessible to all users, regardless of age. However, areas that require sign in prior to access are restricted to users 13 years of age and older. Persons under 13 years of age are prohibited from registering for access to, or signing in to these areas. His Will Homes shall not be held liable for consequences resulting from persons under 13 years of age registering for access to or signing in to the Website. If you are the parent or guardian and you have learned or suspect that your child has provided us personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and provide us with the name and email address that was used and we will promptly delete such information.
Member Password and Login Identity
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Member password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account with or without your knowledge. You agree to immediately notify His Will Homes of any unauthorized use of your membership password or login or any other breach of security.
Links to Other Websites
Rx4wholeness.org may contain links to other websites that are not under the control of His Will Homes. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by His Will Homes of such site and His Will Homes is not responsible for the content of such linked sites.
Member Notices
If you register as a Member, you agree that His Will Homes may send notices to you by email at the email address you provide when registering to become a Member (or which you later update using the functionality of the Platform).
Membership Termination
You agree that His Will Homes may, with or without cause, immediately terminate your Rx4wholeness.org membership or limit or terminate your access to the Member Area or the Platform without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, the following may lead to a termination by His Will Homes of a Member's membership and use of the Platform: (a) breaches or violations of this Terms of Use Agreement or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated membership cancellation), (d) unexpected technical issues or problems, and (e) extended periods of inactivity. His Will Homes has no obligation to maintain or store information or data that you have posted on or uploaded to the Platform.
Identifying Other Members
You agree not to disclose to any person or entity personally identifiable information about other Members that you encounter while using this Platform (whether posted in the Member Area by a Member or emailed to you by a Member) without the express consent of such Member. You may disclose information of a general nature (that could not identify the Member who provided such information or whom such information is about) to third parties outside this Platform, subject to the above restriction on commercial use.
Fees
You confirm and agree to use only credit cards or other payment means (collectively “Payment Means”) which you are duly and fully authorized to use, and that all payment related information that you provided and will provide in the future, to or through the Platform, is accurate, current and correct and will continue to be accurate, current and correct.
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your Account on a timely basis and according to the fees schedule, the terms and the rates as published in the Platform. By providing us with your Payment Means you authorize us to bill and charge you through that Payment Means and you agree to maintain valid Payment Means information in your Account information.

Any comments or opinions expressed are those of their respective contributors only. Please remember that the open and real-time nature of the comments posted to these venues makes it is impossible for His Will Homes to confirm the validity of any content posted, and though we reserve the right to review and edit or delete any such comment, we do not guarantee that we will monitor or review it. As such, we are not responsible for any messages posted or the consequences of following any advice offered within such posts. The His Will Homes prayer requests/journals/training/forums are for individuals to share their opinions, experiences and thoughts related to mental illness. His Will Homes wants to ensure the integrity of this service and therefore, use of this service is limited to participants who agree to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Refrain from transmitting any message, information, data, or text that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, and obscene, that may be invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or bashing communications - especially those aimed at gender, race, color, sexual orientation, national origin, religious views or disability.
His Will Homes reserves the right to remove or edit a post containing offensive material as defined by His Will Homes. That stated, His Will Homes does not have the practical ability to restrict conduct or communications prior to transmission and posting, nor can His Will Homes ensure prompt editing or deletion of offensive posts.
