RX 4 Training Program and Definitions

Training Program: The Rx 4 Wholeness program is a training program that if followed will assist an individual in better managing their mental and emotional health struggles. The program consists of training content, a facilitator training program, a mentorship training program, and an online community to practice implementing the training.

The Rx 4 Wholeness program consists of two courses. A course for caregivers, and a course for people who suffer with mental and emotional health. Eventually, we will have a course for advocates who fight for mental health change. A course is a preplanned group of subjects that make up the Rx 4 Wholeness program for a particular group (caregiver and individuals who suffer). Courses will have numerous categories of topics that help you thrive once complete.

Courses can be taken by the student themselves or eventually will be taught by trained facilitators who will be certified by the Director of the Facilitator program after they complete the facilitator course.

Students who decide to take the courses will be offered a mentor to help them implement the training taught into their lives. Mentors will walk beside the student to answer questions and concerns they have throughout the course. Mentors will be certified by the Mentor and Leadership Development Director and required to complete the mentorship training.

Course: is a single topic or subject matter that is the lowest level product to be sold. Many courses will contain an introduction to the topic that may also include an exercise. Introductions to courses are usually free to allow you to explore the material before buying.  Courses may contain all or some of the following: a video, exercises called a workbook, a manuscript which is a written form of the course, a knowledge check and an end of class/module survey. Most courses have been tagged with a category that will help students find courses that match their needs or desires. Categories such as depression, anxiety etc. would be able to be searched. Examples of a course are Communication, Forgiveness, and Identity.
